I just started my company and I’m having trouble with my Xero I basically need lessons so I can do this myself in the future - how to set upsingle touch pay roll for employees and myself - how to set up my bank feeds that everything is done automatically. Basically a whole rundown of how to keep everything on track and proper. I out it at $5 just send me your offers for how long it would take to give me a rundown. Members will choose Board of Directors. 4) There might be a monthly membership fee for all members to pay which would cover admin and marketing costs. This can be decided between the members and advisor/solicitor. 5) Aim is to ensure that all members (of the co-operative) receive a share of the co-op revenue quarterly or monthly. 6) It will be a Distributing co-operative (profits distributed to members quarterly or monthly) 7) All co-op member will have 1 vote each, as per Government law. 8) Members will have limited liability 9) Aim is to benefit the professional bookkeepers and tax agents and community at large. No actual work is required for this task, I am searching for the initial members now.
