Installing the Stacking Kit Remove Screws: Remove the two existing screws from the top rear of your washing machine. Recently relocated to Bundanoon and we’ve gone to plug our washing machine in for the first time in two years and it isn’t working. The machine turns on, water is working, but the drum won’t spin and now the door is locked shut. We believe it may be due to a seized motor due in activity but aren’t 100% sure.
