Budget is for labour only. Looking for someone experienced with greywater/wastewater systems to provide a quote to supply and install a new system. Want you to supply the materials but I will pay for materials seperately. We have an old concrete tank that is still receiving household greywater from the kitchen, laundry, shower and washing machine. We want to install a new compliant system so the old tank can then be decommissioned. The house is stump and post construction with good under-house access, so the existing plumbing is exposed and easy to identify and access. Looking for someone to: Inspect the existing setup and confirm the connection Recommend the simplest and most cost-effective replacement Supply and install the new system Connect/reroute the existing greywater There is good access to the area. I’m open to recommendations on the best location for the new system, but ideally it would be in-ground and out of the way. In the attached photo, the red square/circle shows the existing system and the yellow squares show possible locations for the replacement. If there is an appropriate system that can be installed underground and paved over, locating it next to the existing system could also be an option.

I’m looking for someone with experience in CO₂ fittings, gas connections or carbonation machines to help me find a safe, compatible solution for using Australian SodaStream CO₂ cylinders with a UK-market Aarke Carbonator Pro. What I need: Determine the exact fittings and adapter required to connect an Australian SodaStream cylinder to my UK Aarke Carbonator Pro. Investigate whether a TR21-4 male to Type 30 (G1/2) female adapter is the correct solution, or whether a different fitting is needed. Confirm the correct thread specifications, seals and materials, and source the appropriate parts from a reliable supplier. Install the adapter if a safe, compatible solution is confirmed, and check for leaks and correct operation. Important: Aarke has advised that Australian and UK cylinders use different connections. I want to establish compatibility before purchasing or installing anything. Please don't assume that a thread adapter alone will work, and don't modify the machine or pressurised components unless the solution is confirmed to be safe. I’m open to sourcing parts from Amazon, AliExpress or specialist suppliers. Please respond if you have relevant experience with CO₂ fittings, pressure systems, SodaStream connections or Aarke machines. Let me know your proposed approach, relevant experience and estimated cost for the research and installation. Can be done at your home if needed. Machine currently located in Bangalow. The goal is a practical, safe solution that allows me to use locally available Australian CO₂ cylinders rather than having to import European cylinders.

Looking for an experienced installer to complete flooring at my cafe. The premises are approximately 102 m² overall; exact flooring areas can be confirmed from plans/site measurements. WORK REQUIRED - Commercial epoxy/resin in the kitchen, staff area behind the coffee counter, and exposed floor beneath the counter/equipment, including around the coffee machine and hand basin. - Laminate flooring in the dining/customer area, including underlay, trims and transitions. - Suitable floor preparation, edge finishing, sealed junctions/coving as required, and clean-up. Epoxy must be slip-resistant, impervious and easy to clean. Laminate must suit commercial cafe use. Please identify any major repairs or levelling before the work is agreed. MATERIALS We will go together to select and purchase the laminate and epoxy/resin, and I will pay for these separately. Please advise on products and quantities. Any additional materials or consumables, such as underlay, trims, primer or sealant, must be identified and agreed before purchase. TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT You must provide ALL tools, machinery and equipment needed, including floor preparation equipment, cutting and laminate fitting tools, and epoxy mixing/application equipment. Flooring materials are paid separately by me. Please include relevant experience, examples of similar work, earliest availability, estimated duration and curing time. Summary: I need someone with a drill press and router to machine 12 pre-cut hardwood boards (Glacial Oak, 90 x 42mm). Three jobs: Drill 54 peg holes at a 4 degree upward angle, 25.4mm diameter (to suit my 25.4mm dowels), 30mm deep, blind (not through). 3 holes in each of the 6 x 800mm boards (18), and 6 holes in each of the 6 x 1600mm boards (36). Drill mounting holes for masonry screws to fix the boards to the wall (countersunk). Number and positions TBC. Router round-over on the front edges so they’re smooth, not sharp (around 6mm). 2 edges per board. A few extra notes: Peg holes should be a snug fit on the 25.4mm dowels (not oversized), and consistent so the finished rack looks even. I’ll mark all positions. Must have a drill press, as angled blind holes done freehand won’t come out straight. Mounting holes go through gyprock into the brick wall behind. I’ll confirm positions and screw size. I’m supplying all timber pre-cut (including the Tasmanian Oak dowels) and doing the assembly/installation myself. I’ll add images shortly, plus a YouTube video for reference. It shows someone making this as a yoga mat storage shelf, but mine will be for yoga bolsters/pillows.
