I am writing to enquire about a chef and 1 waiter staff for an on-site BBQ service for a group of 27 adults and 13 children. We are interested in traditional Aussie style BBQ with sausages, hamburgers, chicken skewers etc with bbq prawns. Open to other suggestions Ideally, we would like the chef to provide his own BBQ for the day. In addition, could you also support with the setup and supply of a small grazing table? Hosting a 30th birthday at Dangar island for 30 guest. Looking to have a waiter there to help serve the food. The food will come in a catered box and will need heating in the oven and served on plates on the table. I will have aperol spritz on arrival so would like waiter to make aperol spritz. No other drinks will be required as guest will bring their own drinks. Would then like the waiter to clean up afterwards. We will use plastic plates, cutlery and cups so most items can be chucked. The lunch is on an island, we will have a boat pick up from Brooklyn and return for the waiter. Either looking at 1 or 2 waiters. Budget is based on 1 waiter

Hello - I'm looking for someone who can act as a waiter for a private Halloween Party for 30 people at our home in Darlinghurst on Saturday, October 25th. The rate includes 5 hours of service, beginning at 7PM with an hour of set up before guests arrive at 8PM. Please note that this rate does not include a tip, which will be provided in person as long as you arrive on time and carry out the tasks outlined below. I also take into consideration the fees imposed when determining additional amounts. You will assist the designated bartender as needed, as well as pass drinks around and ensure dirty glasses are collected and rinsed. You will be asked to wear a Halloween themed waiter outfit that will be provided. This includes a white button up shirt, black vest, and orange apron. All that is needed of you attire wise is black pants and ideally black shoes. If you do not have either, please let me know and we can look into alternatives. Thank you!
