$200/person. 2 x Wait staff to perform the following tasks for a wedding: * 4.30pm - arrive and assist with setting up dry bar for guest arrivals at 5pm * 5.30pm - prepare antipasto for grazing platters * 6pm - lay out grazing platters, and alcoholic beverages (and clear away) * 7.15pm - set-up BBQ, cook skewers * 7.30pm - lay out buffet dinner (skewers and cold salads) *8.15pm - clear dinner service * 8.30pm - set out dessert (and clear away) * Washing/pack up, general tidy/rubbish removal, other food/beverage assistance as required * 9.30pm finish Must have own transport, dress neat/clean/tidy in hospitality event blacks.
