Experienced Bartender Required – Private 40th Birthday Looking for an experienced bartender for a private 40th birthday in Helensvale on Saturday 11 July from 12pm to 5pm. Approximately 30 guests. We are planning to serve three signature cocktails (currently French Martinis, Coconut Margaritas and Espresso Martinis), along with beer, wine and soft drinks. We will supply all alcohol and ingredients, however we are looking for someone who can assist with: * Reviewing the cocktail selection * Providing a shopping and quantity list prior to the event * Advising on glassware, garnishes and ice requirements * Bringing their own cocktail equipment * Setting up and running a small bar area * Serving drinks and assisting with light pack down RSA preferred and previous private event experience highly regarded. We are hosting the inaugural Surgia Orthopaedic Symposium — a medical student symposium featuring keynote presentations by orthopaedic surgeons and three hands-on surgical simulation workshop stations, with approximately 60 students and 15 clinical staff attending. What We Need: - Live streaming of three keynote presentations (each 15 minutes) to YouTube Live or a platform of your choice. A lapel or external microphone for the speaker is required for clean audio. - General event videography throughout the evening — capturing registration, workshop stations in action, students engaging with surgical instruments, the refreshment break, and closing remarks. Think conference-style highlight coverage rather than a formal shoot. - Edited video or B-roll footage of the whole conference provided. Equipment: Please bring your own camera, tripod, video and audio equipment. Stable Wi-Fi is available on campus, though a mobile hotspot backup is recommended for the live stream.
