Hi there, Basically, I am proposing to my girlfriend this month (unsure which date but it will be after the 20th likely on a Friday or Weakened (21st - 23rd) or (28th - 30th). X2 wait staff (225 each) 4.00 - 8.30pm (4pm ceremony start - 4.30 canapés- 5.50 reception - 6.30 dinner - dessert served after 7.50 cake cut) Serving canapés to a food table, also handing out to guests during canapé hour. Serving entrees of pizza truck to reception tables prior to reception start. During speeches, clearing canapés off food table and prepping for pizza (buffet style). Moving pizza from trailer to food tables just prior to dinner start time, replenish pizzas throughout dinner hour. Clear pizzas off table and prep for dessert. Bring out dessert. Possibly quick clean up after dessert(not confirmed)
