Budget: Open to hourly or fixed fee — please provide your rate and approximate hours. Task: I am seeking an independent paralegal / legal admin assistant — not a law firm — to assist with preparing documents for a consumer dispute with a bullion supplier. This is for VCAT (Civil Claims / Consumer dispute). Support Needed: • Reviewing email thread + evidence (already organised) • Helping summarise facts + timeline • Preparing supporting notes for VCAT application • Drafting or polishing written statements / attachments • Assisting with calm, structured communication to merchant (if required) — admin tone only • Potential ongoing support through the VCAT process (not legal representation) Important: • I am not seeking legal advice or a lawyer • I need someone experienced in VCAT, small claims, or consumer matters from an admin/paralegal perspective • Must be able to work discreetly, professionally, and independently (no firm involvement) Ideal Experience: • Paralegal or legal assistant background • Tribunal / consumer law paperwork experience • Able to structure evidence + draft clear submissions • Familiar with business / financial disputes helpful but not essential Other notes: • I prefer someone who can be trauma-informed and patient — I’m dealing with a lot right now and need clarity, not pressure • Must be comfortable signing a confidentiality agreement if needed Please answer when applying: 1. I have a variety of items (mostly clothes, shoes, and accessories) some that have been in storage for a while that I would like to look at selling on eBay. The items i put away for storage were, if I recall correctly, mostly new (with tags, without tags) or if used were designer labels. While the job can be done remotely there is the need to collect the items to process them for sales/postage and photograph and etc as none of the preparation work has been done.

Title: Virtual Assistant – Admin Support (5 hours per fortnight) Description: Looking for a reliable and detail-focused Virtual Assistant to help with small business admin and organisation tasks around 5 hours per fortnight.
