The property has been neglected for some time and I want to bring the pool and backyard back to a clean, functional and presentable condition without unnecessarily overcapitalising. Materials: Road Base: ~5 m³ (approx. 8 tonnes) Crusher Dust: ~1.5 m³ (approx. 2.5 tonnes) Total: ~6.5 m³ (approx. 10.5 tonnes) Scope of Work: Move materials from the front driveway to the backyard via side access/garage. Wheelbarrow required (please bring your own if possible). Spread and level approximately 5 m³ of road base to the required levels. Compact the road base using a plate compactor. Spread and level approximately 1.5 m³ of crusher dust over the compacted road base. Compact the crusher dust using a plate compactor to create a smooth, firm surface. Finish with a level surface ready for artificial turf installation on the same day. Equipment: I will hire and provide the plate compactor. Please bring wheelbarrows, shovels, rakes, screeds, and any other required landscaping tools.
