The house has frontyard and Backyard with artificial turf, but small section near back fence was leftover for gardening. Now we decided to keep plants in pots. So we need the leftover area to be landscapped - either concrete, pavement or other options - have leftover artificial turf but Open to ideas. Scope of work: Item 1: Patch the Area would be around 2- 3 feet from the fench 12.5 m Item 2: Fill and fix the gaps near retaining wall and loose soil around 4 storm drains with one point near the fench. Item 3: Use power broom to clean frontyard and Backyard artificial turf and spray silica dust. Do a neat work and tidy the area after work. Install should use material that prevent weed growth and easy exit of rain water.
