Hi, I’m looking for someone to repair and re-turf a narrow area of my backyard in Robina on the Gold Coast. Job details: * Area is approximately 13 m long × 2.5 m wide (32.5 m²). * Remove any remaining dead grass, debris and unsuitable surface material. * Loosen the existing compacted clay soil and prepare the ground properly. * Supply and spread suitable under-turf soil to level and prepare the area. * Recommend, supply and lay the best shade-tolerant turf for the site. The area receives limited sunlight, so please advise whether a shade-tolerant buffalo variety such as Sir Walter DNA Certified Buffalo is suitable, or recommend a better option for the conditions. * Include a little extra turf for cuts and waste. * Apply suitable starter fertiliser and water the new turf in. * Remove and dispose of green waste and leave the area tidy.
