Existing HubSpot Sales Pro CRM already built. We need a specialist to extend it to support additional service workflows. The system must support multiple brands within one HubSpot portal, so proper separation by Brand and Service Type properties is critical to ensure workflows, emails and automation do not cross between services. Scope includes: • Create additional sales and onboarding pipelines • Configure deal properties and required fields • Implement Brand and Service Type structure to separate business lines • Workflow automation for lead follow-up and pipeline stage movement • Quote expiry automation (auto mark deal lost after 14 days if not converted) • Integrate Facebook Lead Ads forms (multiple forms) • Integrate website lead forms • Integrate Typeform → HubSpot field mapping (forms created by us) • Configure Mailchimp tagging automation based on brand/service type • Create task automation for onboarding workflows Quoting platform integration requirement When a quote is accepted in the external quoting platform, the system must automatically: • locate the matching HubSpot deal • update deal stage to Won • record quote acceptance • trigger the client onboarding email • trigger the onboarding task workflow Matching must be based on contact email or other reliable identifier to ensure the correct deal is updated. External tools used alongside HubSpot: • Mailchimp • Typeform • Facebook Lead Ads • Quotient (quote creation) • Service scheduling software • Property management software The core architecture already exists and works. This task is extending the current system, not rebuilding it. A detailed specification and workflow documentation will be provided after assignment. I am the owner of an Australian fashion label called MOSS The Label, which sells beach-to-bar fashion made with beautiful fabrics sourced from Bali.
