I want to know if someone can show me a legal definition for the phrase "affairs of the body corporate" in s223 of the bccma97 -backed up by court case law or preferably statute and show me a court case or tribunal hearing where a case has been successfully made to define it and the definition has been held up in judgement. BCCMA= body corporate and community management act 1997 (Qld) And I'm not happy with the notes under that section. I want a court defined definition and / or exclusion where they have said it means 'x' but not 'y'.
