MUST BE FIXED BY MONDAY FOR OPERATION OF BUSINESS - Alarm system keypad wires had come loose and need re-connecting and assistance to find main control console and check power supply to keypad. LCD screen NOT working as well. Alarm was set when cover was removed to clean the keypad underneath. Unfortunately the green and white wires disconnected. Have attempted to re connect them and no power is supplying to the external keypad. Unable to locate internal control panel. Eye sensors not displaying light and door will NOT open. Indicating a power issue somewhere. Must be fixed by Monday morning for our business to open!!! Help ASAP

Residential electrical works. 2 storey townhouse in Nunawading, built in 2013. Quote for following: 1. installation of 5 ceiling fans (42 inch x3, 52 inch x1, 32 inch x1). 3 of them already have existing light point so it would be a replacement. 2 of them require new points/plugs. I have a stud detector and had checked the locations of where i want the fans installed, they all have studs in place. 2. installation of 1 pendant light in kitchen (new connection) All the items in terms of fans & lights are available / provided. Need quote for installation including material for the 3 new connections (plug point / wires). I have attached images in the current light points to be replaced with the fans; the type of fans to be installed and the type of pendant light to be installed.

Please quote to provide two individual continuous 240V power supplies for hardwired blind motors above the upstairs void windows. There is an existing Bedroom GPO directly behind the adjoining wall, or the wiring from the pendant light, whichever may be a possible supply point? A scissor lift may be available to share for access; otherwise, please price access equipment separately. Please also advise whether any plaster cutting or repair would be required. I'm attaching some photos of the frame before plaster to give a better picture.

Experienced Electrician Required – Double Brick & Bathroom Electrical Works I am seeking a licensed and experienced electrician to complete a range of electrical works at a residential property. The electrician must have experience working with double brick walls, as several points require careful installation through existing brickwork. Scope of work: * Install 4 x general purpose outlets (GPOs) in double brick walls * Install 1 x TV antenna point in a double brick wall * Install 5 x general purpose outlets (GPOs) in standard plasterboard walls * Install 2 x bathroom heat lamp/exhaust fan units (units supplied by me) Staged works required: 1. Rough-in: Install all cabling, wall boxes and any required rough-in works before painting commences. To be completed by 21 July 2. Fit-off: Return after the painters have finished to install GPOs, switches, TV point, heat lamp/exhaust fan units and complete testing and commissioning. Access: The house has access via a manhole beneath the house as well as roof access, which should assist with running cables and completing the installation. Requirements: * Fully licensed electrician * Proven experience working with double brick construction * High-quality workmanship and attention to detail * Must provide an Electrical Compliance Certificate upon completion * Please include your adetailed quote, noting the two-stage installation Materials supplied: I will supply the bathroom heat lamp/exhaust fan units.
