I’m looking for an experienced and reliable painter to complete a full internal paint job for my office space currently undergoing renovation. I will supply all paint, including the limewash product. You will need to bring your own tools and equipment. Scope of Work: • Paint all walls throughout the office • Paint ceiling throughout • Paint inner feature arch • Paint window frames / window seals • Paint door, door frames & architraves • Complete one feature wall in limewash finish (experience with limewash preferred) • Clean, sharp cut-ins and a consistent, high-quality finish Important Notes: • Office is currently empty / under renovation • Some patching has already been completed • Drop sheets required to protect floors and fittings • Minimal mess and thorough cleanup expected • Commercial or office painting experience preferred What I’m Looking For: • Proven painting experience (limewash experience a plus) • Own tools (rollers, brushes, drop sheets, ladders, etc.) • Strong attention to detail • Ability to complete the job efficiently and professionally Location: 📍 Sydney CBD (exact address provided on acceptance) Timing: Flexible start date – looking to have this completed ASAP. Please include examples of previous work, especially any limewash or feature wall projects, or a brief description of your experience when responding.

I have a room in Enmore please, it requires all walls to be painted. The walls have a fair bit of damage, and so does the ceiling. The ceiling may be able to just be painted over, but the holes in the walls (from very strong adhesive) need maybe sanding back and repainting please. All walls and ceiling repainted in one room please. Would like paint provided, matching existing colors, and ensure the wood floor will be protected properly from any painting.

I have a gym/studio (110 Square metre) the job due to being a 24/hr business will need to be broken into segments. The first area is the front room which is the most important ( largest area ) It needs 1 coat of paint ( white ) along with the feature wall ( black) to be redone and look like a new business. Timing is better off peak 12-4 pm or post 7pm ( weekdays) —— Saturday past 12pm or all day Sundays we are closed ——- Being there on the agreed day is critical If the front room looks good we will consider the whole space (quote pending) Not sure on price so Quotes are essential
