Bathroom Painting – Ceilings and Walls (Kedron) Looking for an experienced painter to repaint two bathrooms in my Queenslander home in Kedron. The existing paint is peeling and flaking in several areas, particularly on the ceilings, so proper preparation is essential. Work required: * Scrape and remove all loose, peeling and flaking paint. * Sand and prepare surfaces for a smooth finish. * Repair and fill any damaged areas as required. * Apply a suitable primer/sealer. * Repaint ceilings and painted wall panelling using quality bathroom paint suitable for high-moisture areas. * Leave the bathrooms clean and tidy. I would like the job completed professionally to prevent the paint from peeling again. Photos attached showing the current condition. Please provide a quote including labour and materials, and advise your availability. Located in Kedron, Brisbane.

Looking for an experienced painter to clean, prepare and repaint my kitchen ceiling following fire/smoke damage. Scope of work: Clean and remove smoke residue from the kitchen ceiling. Prepare the ceiling surface for painting. Apply suitable stain-blocking sealer to prevent smoke stains from bleeding through. Apply two coats of good-quality ceiling paint for a neat, even finish. Light sanding and minor surface preparation if required. Protect kitchen cabinets, appliances and surrounding areas during the work. Clean up after completing the job. Requirements: Must have previous experience with smoke/fire-damaged ceilings. Must bring your own tools, cleaning equipment and painting materials.
