The existing paint is peeling and flaking in several areas, particularly on the ceilings, so proper preparation is essential. Work required: * Scrape and remove all loose, peeling and flaking paint. * Sand and prepare surfaces for a smooth finish. * Repair and fill any damaged areas as required. * Apply a suitable primer/sealer. * Repaint ceilings and painted wall panelling using quality bathroom paint suitable for high-moisture areas. * Leave the bathrooms clean and tidy.
