I'm looking for an experienced accountant or senior bookkeeper. Business is a family investment office. We own property, a small mortgage company that lends private money to property developers. We operate through several companies and trusts and have loans between them. I have few transactions but all at higher value. All relevant to property investing and funding property development. This is a virtual role. Ideally you will have a relationship with Brisbane so we can meet once or twice a year. Please let me know your specific experience and how much availability you have. This is an ongoing role. Please advise your rate for ongoing work and whether you are a registered tax agent. I want one individual who can do the entire scope. Not wanting several different people working on my file. I currently pay my bookkeeper (5hrs per month @ $100/per hr) and $13k pa to my accountant who lodges my tax returns annually. My business has a payroll of one employee only. My annual budget is $20k to an individual who is willing to offer time, accuracy and a complete solution. Happy to broaden the scope based on the applicants interest/availability. Deliverables include my investors being paid monthly on the last day of each month. One hour monthly zoom call on around 7th of the month each month to go through the completed accounts with me. EOFY Financials and tax returns completed first week of August. Hi, lm assisting a friend, his not lodged any Tax Returns since with ATO 2000/01, the ATO wish to know from years from 2000 to 2025 (24 years of returns) are null in void, due to no capacity to work, or being a bit of a hippie, and not working in many of these years or cash only income, he does have some ABN work, 2013 or 2014, a few months of ABN owing, clearly he is requiring to minimise any returns payments & need asap to re-establish cancelled ABN with urgency as presently gained contractors work. The ABN was cancelled in February 2025, he assumed an accountant was taking care of his affairs, but the accountant is deceased since 2023. Require help with year to year, starting from 2001. To prepared documents for established contact with ATO & satisfying the ATO’s concerns to the move ahead and re-established ABN. Many thanks

Properties 1. 3-bedroom house – Erskineville 2. 3-bedroom house – Dulwich Hill 3. Office space – Hurlstone Park (All properties are located in Sydney’s Inner West.) Priority Order 1.
