Seeking an Australian tax accountant to assist with my 2025–26 individual tax return and a new e-commerce business. Job includes: * Salary from professional services/technology * New Australian e-commerce business * Pre-revenue and establishment expenses * Australian and overseas supplier invoices * Shopify and international sales * GST credits and BAS reporting Scope: 1. Individual tax * Prepare and lodge my 2025–26 tax return * Review salary, investments and other income * Identify work-related deductions * Advise on business establishment and operating expenses * Explain which costs are deductible, depreciable or capital expenses 2. Business setup * Advise on sole trader versus company structure * Confirm whether and when GST registration is required * Establish a chart of accounts and bookkeeping process * Set up or review Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks * Advise on separating business and personal transactions * Explain record-keeping requirements for invoices, inventory and supplier payments 3. Hi, I’m looking for a registered tax agent/accountant or experienced bookkeeper who can help with payroll for a small business. I am currently on a Working Holiday Visa and have been working as an employee without an ABN. I have already received two weeks of wages in cash, and I have approximately 8 more weeks of work remaining. I would now like to have my employment and payroll records properly processed for the entire period. My employer is willing to pay the required PAYG tax and superannuation, and is also willing to cover the accountant/bookkeeper’s fee. I’m looking for someone who can help with: * Setting me up as an employee on payroll * Properly recording the two weeks of wages that have already been paid in cash, based on the actual hours worked and amount paid * Calculating PAYG withholding and superannuation * STP reporting to the ATO * Issuing official payslips * Continuing payroll and payslips for my remaining approximately 8 weeks of work I need proper employment and payroll records because I am on a Working Holiday Visa and need to document my specified work for my third-year Working Holiday Visa application. I am NOT looking for a personal tax return. I specifically need help with employer payroll, PAYG, superannuation, STP and payslips. Please let me know: 1.
