I require assistance reviewing and analysing a civil claim in the Supreme Court of Western Australia (CIV 1645 of 2026). The matter involves pleaded causes of action including false imprisonment, negligence and malicious prosecution arising from an arrest, detention and criminal proceedings that were subsequently discontinued. I have already prepared a substantial evidence package, chronology, diagrams and legal analysis. I require an experienced lawyer and professional to: • Review pleadings and court documents. • Review evidence and identify strengths, weaknesses and evidentiary gaps. • Review and critique legal arguments. • Assist with preparation of an evidence matrix. • Assist with damages analysis. • Review settlement strategy and correspondence. • Identify relevant authorities and procedural issues. • Provide written feedback and recommendations. The attached diagrams provide a summary of the legal framework and issues in dispute. Please provide: Your legal qualifications and experience.
