Our non-profit organisation RYLA Oceania ran a successful 4-Day Leadership Retreat called ELEVATE in December. The event is centred around personal and professional development for community-minded leaders roughly aged 20-35. We will be running the event again at the end of November (this time in the Blue Mountains) and want to create a series of social media posts that showcase the event and promote it for next year. While our organisation is run entirely by volunteers, we are seeking to pay someone for the completion of this work for us given how important it is for our organisation's success. If this work is completed successfully, then we may engage for ongoing work going forward. Some additional info: We had 24 participants attend the program over the last 3 years. We are aiming to increase this to at least 40 participants this year. In previous years participants needed to have attended a local RYLA program first, where as this year we will be opening up to a public audience.
