I’m looking for an experienced Meta/Facebook Ads freelancer who really knows how to generate quality leads and get the most out of an advertising budget. This isn’t a one-off job. I’m looking for someone I can work with long term, who can understand our business, test what works and grow with us. We already have the funnel set up: Facebook/Instagram Ad → Free Coaching Opt-In → Onboarding Call → Our Programs We’re starting with approximately $1,000 per month in ad spend, with the intention of increasing the budget once we can see the ads are consistently generating quality leads and converting. I need someone who can: * Manage and optimise our Meta/Facebook advertising * Generate quality leads at the best possible cost * Test audiences, creative, copy and different approaches * Retarget people who engage but don’t initially opt in * Make recommendations to improve the funnel where needed * Properly track leads and conversions * Look beyond clicks and impressions and focus on actual results * Work with a smaller starting budget intelligently rather than just throwing money at ads Most importantly, I want an expert. This is a project related to Mental Health & Nature. It's about people connecting with trees for 2 minutes at a time towards calming their inner worlds - and also reconnecting with nature towards environmental awareness and care too. Meditation is great – but it can also be difficult! This is about ‘including a tree’ in the mediation process – we need real people trying this and recording their experience.Ideally you are genuinely interested in these themes! The role is, to find a tree that you perhaps find impressive. You either put your hands against the tree, lean your back against the tree or hug the tree for 2 minutes and 'try the process' - to see what it does for you. Ideally you set an alarm for 2 minutes, then record AFTER the 2 minutes (it would be good to include the sound of the alarm) and the describe your experience speaking directly to the camera or as if you were talking to someone off camera - but we want 'talking heads'. Describe what you felt. Was there tension, did you relax? How did your body feel, thoughts? How did the energy of the tree feel? We want REAL feedback. Ideally it will include any calming effects, reflections on nature, the world, or even what it was like if they initially felt awkward doing it in public! Be completely honest, whether the experience was positive, surprising, neutral or even sceptical. We're looking for genuine, unscripted experiences—not actors. That's what will help inspire others to give it a try. These clips will go on our socials - we plan to get heaps! We imagine people doing them for free in the future and sending them to us direct or positing them too. Getting out of your head from 2 minutes and 'dropping into your body' and using the tree as a 'third party' to give some focus and a different energy connection. So it's about mental health - it can be a 'real' maybe even sensitive experience described.
