Room size: 3m X 2.6m + closet of 0.65m X 1.75m We’d like the carpet to be deep cleaned and refreshed, removing any dust or odours. The rest of the apartment has hard floors, so only one bedroom + our closet carpet needs cleaning. There is some movable furniture in the room: a shelf, end table, office chair, desk, bed, and the bed headboard. The bed and headboard can be moved but cannot be moved out of the room as it's difficult to fit thru the door. We have 2 balconies (1.5 x 4.8 metres and 1.2 x 3.8 metres) with an array of existing potted plants. Most of the plants have been in their pots for several years and they need some repotting and fresh potting mix to bring them back to their former glory. Some will need to be replaced with new plants. We would like to engage a good gardener who can do this work over a few sessions on a time-based rate - hourly, half day or full day. We need someone who can dispose of green waste and expired potting mix. We are looking for someone with good plant knowledge and happy to get your input on any design decisions. Once the initial work is complete there is potential for periodic maintenance work.

Looking for a concept design or plan that ties in the renovated pool area with the rest of the backyard. Something that can help us visualise the layout, colours, and materials for: - a dining area - balustrade for stairs - pavers connecting the stairs from the house to the pool - privacy screening options on one side of the fence - under house screening ideas - flooring options for small square clothes line area - low maintenance plant suggestions - an elevated seating area is already in place but looking for ideas on how to tie it in with the new dining area/rest of the backyard. The area is approx 7m (from house to pool) x 13m wide (fence to fence) on a downward slope, however this already includes a small shed, existing stairs and elevated seating area. I can provide images once task has been accepted.
