Small paved courtyard that needs a solid tidy. Around 1 hr of work for one person. What needs doing: • Rake and bag all fallen leaves and sticks (paving, turf strips and garden beds) • Pull or trim the grass and weeds growing between the pavers, along the edges and around the base of the trees • Clear the clippings and debris off the two artificial turf strips (a blower or stiff broom works best) • Sweep the paving clean • Tidy the two garden beds: pick out leaves and sticks, leave the solar lights and log stumps in place • Neaten up the corner by the umbrella: stack the base weights and stand pieces neatly against the wall, coil the hose Garden waste goes into my green bag on site, so no tip run needed. Type of gardening: Whipper snipping, Garden cleanup, Hedge trimming Size of garden: Under 50m² Has green waste bin: Yes

Looking for someone to mow, edge and treat weeds across two small lawn areas. Ideally available today, otherwise early next week. Photos attached. Areas: - Backyard: small, fully fenced courtyard lawn with timber-edged garden beds and a deck - Front: small triangular nature strip on the corner beside the power pole What's needed: - Mow both areas - Edge along the footpath, kerb, garden bed edging and deck - Treat the weeds. The backyard has a lot of clover/oxalis (the yellow flowers) plus a few larger broadleaf weeds. Spraying is preferred, but pulling the bigger ones is fine. - Remove clippings (green bin available) Spray requirements: - Selective lawn herbicide that won't damage the grass - We have a dog, so the product must be pet safe once dry. Please say what you plan to use in your offer. Please bring your own equipment and spray. We'll handle any follow-up sprays ourselves, so please let us know the product used on the day.
