I am currently using a chromebook. I don't have a 'PC'. I have had a Google account for 10+ years under a Gmail email address. I recently registered a domain name for a small business that I want to start. This morning I set up a Google workspace account. Following instructions on workspace, I set up Gmail as my email server on my hostinger account. I then went into email in my new account only to see all the emails from my personal Gmail account. I tried to send an email to my newly created domain email address - nothing happened. I followed Gemini instructions to fix the issue. Gemini advised me to log out of my Google account on my Chromebook. I did that and logged back in - using my personal gmail address and password. My chromebook then re-booted with a completely different profile. It shows my new domain email address and I don't have access to anything that I had - my 365 account, my files on my Chromebook nothing. Even though I logged in using my Gmail address, the profile shown in my Google account is the email address at the newly created domain. Both Gemini and Copilot have given me a series of useless instructions. There must be a way to fix this so that I can shut down my workspace profile and find another suite in which to set up my new business. Thanks.
