Scope of Works – Driveway Planting & Grounds Maintenance 1. Weeding Remove weeds from driveway planting beds and edges. Ensure no chemical overspray to adjoining lawn or shrubs. 2. Lawn Mowing & Edging Regular mowing of lawn areas adjacent to driveway. Mechanical/hand edging to maintain clean lines along driveway, paths, and garden beds. 3. Mulching Supply and apply mulch to planting beds annually. Maintain mulch depth of approx. 75mm for weed suppression and moisture retention. 4. Shrub & Plant Care Trim and shape shrubs along driveway as required to maintain neat appearance and prevent overhang. Remove dead foliage and maintain plant health. 5. General Maintenance Removal and disposal of green waste after each service. Notify owner of any plant health concerns or irrigation issues observed.
