This is an elegant garden-style celebration, and we are seeking individuals who are friendly, well-presented, proactive, and comfortable interacting with guests to help ensure the event runs smoothly. Time: 3:45pm – 9:30pm Responsibilities include: • Greeting guests and serving drinks on trays during guest arrival • Circulating canapés once the chef has prepared the food (around 5:30pm) • Clearing empty glasses and bringing them back to the bar area throughout the evening • Tidying the event space by collecting used napkins, plates, and rubbish • Assisting with serving the celebration cake to guests later in the evening • Helping maintain a clean, organised, and presentable environment throughout the event Dress Code: Neat all-black attire (black shirt/top and black pants or skirt). Event details: • Late afternoon start (5pm) & would be required 30 mins before start time for run down and familiarisation of venue. • Approx. 80 guests • All food is organised. So the only responsibility is to ensure drinks are served and guests are topped up with refreshments.
