The role involves filming key moments including arrivals, all speeches, band performances, and the presentation of Awards, with a focus on storytelling and observation of people connecting and showing their emotions. Videographers should have experience in live event coverage, professional HD or 4K equipment, clear audio capture, and editing capacity. Our volunteer team will support with coordination on the night, and we ask for raw footage within three days, with final edits and at least 5 social media clips delivered within two weeks.

We are seeking a Trello expert to help us automate our workflow and turn Trello into a lightweight CRM using Trello Power-Ups and integrations. Your task will include: 1. Trello Review and Automation • Audit our current Trello boards • Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated • Set up automations to streamline packing events, volunteer coordination, and donor engagement • Integrate Trello with Outlook, Xero, Teams, Dropbox, and other tools using Butler or Zapier 2. Lightweight CRM Setup Inside Trello • Research and recommend Trello Power-Ups (e.g. Crmble, Blue Cat, Placker, or others) that can function as a CRM • Set up a solution that tracks: • Individual donors and engagement • Corporate partners and their contacts • Volunteer involvement and hours • Event participation and follow-up • Campaigns and project pipelines (e.g. adult Supertee, PowerUps, new design launches) • Build out templates or workflows that make it easy for our team to maintain We are looking for someone who understands not-for-profit or small team dynamics, with a proven track record using Trello beyond basic task management. Bonus if you’ve used CRM-style Trello plugins before. This project may lead to further implementation and training work depending on fit.

You will have experience in Adobe express and marketing concepts around sports. The assignment utilises a number of Adobe programs. Adobe Express (previously Adobe Spark) will be the essential component, where you must create your digital storyboard for submission for assessment. However, there will be a need to collate and integrate artifacts that will allow you to utilise other programs in the Adobe suite, e.g. Adobe Rush, Adobe Posts, etc. Part1.
