My windows frame is leaking only when it rains and it seems the rain water drops onto the horizontal stud on top the window frame and then flow thru to the window frame. Please see photos. This occuring in two rooms so which are facing outside, where there is an issue with drainage so there is excess water flow at this current time. So I will need someone to get a ladder and clear the top of the guttering, which has been done a few times. This is a 2 floor townhouse.

Im having voltage issuse with my Candyfloss Machine, Its heating and spinning but not proply, the voltage meter only reads 130v on min and nothing on max it goes off when turned up to max it should be on 240v i need to know what parts are needed to be fixed. Either the perdometer/power board or the acual heating elements is not working correctly.
