Two ceiling lights have stopped working in my apartment and I have a total of 18 ceiling lights. I want to replace all the 18 ceiling lights with brand-new lights as it’s a better long-term . I have already bought the lights myself and I have it at home. I just need someone to replace the ceiling lights. You will need to install socket outlets at each lighting point as the existing ones are hard wired and the new ones are plug in.

Certified electrician 2x PowerPoint: 1. Install a new outdoor weatherproof power point for the gas hot water heater system. It will be installed back-to-back with the existing kitchen power point. 2. Replace the existing indoor kitchen power point. It has an intermittent connection, and I currently have to wiggle the appliance plug to a certain position for it to work, so maybe the power point is faulty?

Approximate dimensions: 780mm wide 1960mm high 300mm overall depth from wall The cupboard will be built into an existing alcove approximately 200mm deep, so it won't project the full 300mm from the wall. Requirements: Build and install. 18mm A/B marine plywood or similar exterior-grade material suitable for outdoor use. One full-height door. Push-to-open catch (no handle). Soft-close hinges. Smooth finish, ready for painting (painting not required). No shelving or internal fit-out. Must allow easy access to the electricity meters and equipment. Securely fix to the masonry wall. Site Access: Easy street access. Street parking available directly outside. Photos of the location are attached. Happy to arrange a site visit if required before quoting. Please include all materials, hardware and installation in your quote. If you've completed similar work before, I'd appreciate seeing a few photos of your work.

Hi! I have two small household fixes I need help with in Bronte: Cabinet Hinge Repair: A cabinet door was accidentally pulled off, and the mounting screw holes in the cabinet side panel are stripped (photos attached). It needs to be properly re-anchored (e.g., using dowels/wood filler). Wall Touch-ups: I have two small areas of minor drywall/plaster damage (a small impact dent and a scrape near a frame—see photos) that need filling and patching.
