Part of the fence has fallen down and other sections may be unstable. Seeking experienced tiler to retile a covered courtyard: ● Retile approximately 50 sqm of covered outdoor courtyard ● Install new tiles over existing tiles in most areas ● Existing tiles adjacent to sliding door thresholds have been partly removed - need to maintain clearances ● Inspect the substrate and sound-test existing tiles before commencing ● Remove any additional loose, hollow, or cracked tiles as required; fill gaps with cement/sand ● Clean, prepare, and prime the existing tiled surface for a tile-over-tile system ● Supply and install suitable primer, flexible adhesive, and grout for external applications ● Install owner-supplied 600 × 600 mm rectified porcelain tiles (approx. 9–10 mm thick) ● Lay tiles in a straight stack pattern with minimal grout joints ● Maintain existing falls to drains and ensure door threshold drainage remains unobstructed ● Install silicone movement joints at perimeters and around columns as required ● Complete final cleaning and remove all waste Tiles will be supplied by the owner: 600 × 600 mm rectified porcelain outdoor tile Contractor to supply: ● Primer suitable for tile-over-tile installation ● Flexible external tile adhesive ● Grout ● Silicone ● Levelling clips/spacers ● Minor screeding or levelling materials as required

You will need an appropriate platform ladder/extension ladder and must ensure the mounting bracket is anchored into a timber ceiling joist/noggin due to the weight.
