We’re looking for a qualified electrician to inspect and resolve two minor issues at one of our short-term rental apartments in Burleigh Heads. Details: Two ceiling fans (bedrooms) are running slower than normal and may need checking. The dishwasher socket appears to be tripping the power when left switched on — we’d like this tested and repaired if necessary. LOCATION REEDY CREEK Its coming into summer and my dog stays on the patio when I’m at work. I’m needing someone to find me a second hand security door with a doggy door, or you can install one from bunnings. I need the door installed ideally within the next month. The measurements required are 800mm wide 2060mm long. If the job cant be done by 10th Nov it will have to be done on a weekend, available to anyday if it is before the 10th. Thank you!

Build Advanced Excel Estimating Template for Steel Fabrication & Welding Company (Perth WA) Overview We’re seeking an experienced Excel/VBA developer to build a professional estimating spreadsheet for our steel fabrication and welding business based in Perth, WA. The tool will be used to prepare detailed quotes for fabrication, welding, painting, and installation work — with flexibility to include or exclude sections of work for client discussions. This spreadsheet will later integrate with Ascora (our project management system). Key Objectives • Develop a modular, user-friendly Excel workbook (.xlsx) that: • Handles steel and aluminium fabrication estimating • Calculates weights, weld lengths, paint areas, and labour hours • Separates sections/stages (e.g., Frame A, Tower, Pipework) for easy inclusion/exclusion • Converts all inputs entered in millimetres (mm) to metres (m) for calculations • Applies waste and contingency allowances • Splits labour into Workshop and Site Installation • Summarises results per section and overall project • Creates export-ready data for import into Ascora
