I need a reliable handyman or gate specialist to help fix a wide Colourbond-style metal gate that becomes unhinged or moves during strong winds. The goal is to reinforce and stabilise the gate so it opens smoothly and stays secure. I am preparing my apartment for sale but have noticed a fair amount of water damage on the cabinet beneath the laundry trough.
