accessibility fixture for 14 year old son (autistic) and not potty trained. He scot and does his things. This is an attempt to try to him get use a system. If successful can replicate to school etc. I am in Panorama SA 5041 so should be within 20-30 km away so it is possible to picked up once done Simple joinery, but the finish is the whole job. The 4 attached drawings give every dimension, the materials, the hardware and the finish spec — please read them before quoting. WHAT IT IS A plywood box 750 x 750 x 110mm high. Hinged lid with a 200 x 420mm opening cut in it. A stainless tray sits inside and lifts out for cleaning. Continuous stainless hinge along the back edge, flush keyed cam lock on the front. WHY THE FINISH MATTERS This is for a family member who will systematically test every edge, seam and fastener with his hands. The build has to give him nothing to get hold of: - Lid flush with the box on all four faces. No overhang, no rebate, no applied edging or trim. - All outside edges radiused 5-6mm. - No proud fasteners anywhere reachable — countersink, fill, sand flush. - Sealed with two-pack polyurethane inside and out, every cut edge included. - Non-slip must be grit broadcast into the top coat. No grip tape, no rubber mat on top — anything applied gets peeled off within a day. YOU SUPPLY EVERYTHING Including the stainless tray: a Gastronorm GN 1/1 food pan, 530 x 325 x 65mm deep. Standard catering item, stocked by every hospitality supplier, around $40. Materials should come in near $300. Please quote labour separately. DELIVERY Delivered assembled and fully finished. Roughly a one-day job for someone with a bench and a router. I'll check the finish on handover against the list in drawing 4. The main one: a fingernail shouldn't catch on any external edge or joint.

Hi there, I need someone to fix the drainage in my apartment's kitchen. I took off and cleaned the P-trap, and pushed a snake down the horizontal pipe in the picture. The issue remains—it seems the problem is in the vertical pipe on the right, and the snake doesn't cut it. The price is approximate, and I would appreciate any offers. Thank you. Regards, Kirill

Hi, I’m looking for an experienced, licensed plumber to investigate and fix a recurring drainage issue at my property in Kew. Both toilets have been making gurgling sounds and bubbling when the shower or bathroom sink is used. Recently, the shower drain became completely blocked before suddenly draining again, and the bathroom sink has also been draining intermittently. We had tree roots cleared from the main sewer line before, so I suspect the roots may have grown back. I’m looking for someone who can: * Inspect and clear the blockage. * Carry out a CCTV drain inspection to identify the cause. * Advise whether any permanent pipe repairs or relining are necessary. Please let me know your availability, experience with tree root blockages, and estimated cost, including CCTV inspection.

1. Switchboard / circuit breaker One circuit breaker or safety switch in the lower-right section of the sub-board will not stay engaged. When pushed down/reset, it springs back up. Several power points have stopped working. Inspect the switchboard, identify the affected circuit, test for earth leakage, short circuits, faulty appliances, wiring faults or a defective protective device. Repair the underlying fault and confirm the circuit is safe before restoring power. 2. Outdoor gate exit button The wall-mounted “PRESS TO EXIT” button does not operate the gate. The gate can still be unlocked via phone. Diagnose the button, wiring and access-control input and repair as required. 3. Garden lighting Three garden lights are not working. Diagnose whether the issue is the fittings, transformer/driver, wiring or power supply. Replace faulty lights if needed. Please quote for suitable replacement fittings. Photos provided: Switchboards, meter box, gate exit button, outdoor power point and garden bed.

We've found a soaked paper towel at the front of the kitchen sink cabinet, with apparent water damage to the kickboard and cracks in the cabinet base. There is a dishwasher connected to the sink plumbing. Previous plumbers couldn't reproduce a leak by running the tap, so please check the dishwasher drain connection, sink waste joints and water supply hoses, and test the dishwasher drain cycle. Today, we found a potential leak, around the waste pipe, but not sure. We also need to fix a leaky tap in the bathroom and around the tap and tapware.
