I have three toilets with concealed plumbing and no accessible external water outlets. I need a licensed plumber to create an accessible water connection beside each toilet. Please include all necessary valves, fittings and compliant backflow-prevention devices. One of the toilets also has an internal leak. After flushing, water continues to flow slowly into the toilet bowl and does not completely stop. It may be caused by the flush valve seal or the rubber washer at the bottom of the concealed cistern, but this will need to be inspected and confirmed. Scope of work: * Create accessible water connections for three concealed-plumbing toilets * Supply and install all necessary valves, fittings and backflow-prevention devices * Inspect the toilet that continues running after flushing * Replace the flush valve seal, rubber washer or other faulty component as required * Test all three connections and confirm there are no leaks * Provide a plumbing compliance certificate if required Photos can be provided.
