Hi, Looking for a qualified and experienced air conditioning technician to service and clean three split system air conditioners. Scope of Work: - Service and thoroughly clean 3 split system air conditioners, 2 × Daikin units, 1 × Mitsubishi unit. One is 3m high, flat roof access also 3m. - Clean filters, indoor units, coils, and accessible components as required. - Check operation, airflow, drainage, and general condition of each system. - Service and inspect the outdoor units, including cleaning as required. - Check for any visible issues or potential faults and advise if further repairs are needed. All units running well and no smells but the Mitsubishi unit has some sweating/condensation on the copper pipes where they exit the indoor unit. This does not appear to extend into the roof space. Please inspect the issue, identify the likely cause, and advise whether any insulation or other remedial work is required. Photos are attached for reference. Requirements: - Must be a qualified and suitably licensed air conditioning technician. - Please bring your own tools and equipment and clean up the space after. - Please provide a service report or service certificate upon completion, detailing the work carried out and any issues identified. - Please advise beforehand if any additional work or parts are required beyond the standard service and clean. Please include your price for servicing all three units, whether you use a bag for thorough washing and to prevent damage to walls and confirm your experience with Daikin and Mitsubishi split systems. Thank you.

Hi! I’ve just moved house and taken my old washing machine with me. It’s started to jump around like crazy in the last 10 mins of the wash - not sure why (everything appears level), and that’s why I need your help!

Was cleaning the seal on my Hisense HWFY7514 washing machine when I accidentally clicked the latch in the door lock down without the door in place. Have spent a couple hours following the guides and trying the emergency release, starting a cycle to force a relase, leaving it off for extended periods of time, manually pressing the latch in from the front and back of the assembly and nothing has worked. Hoping someone more experienced can fix this easily

I have an AEG T8DHE842B 8kg heat pump dryer (purchased in 2019) that has developed a very strong unpleasant smell. I’m looking for an experienced appliance technician to perform a complete internal deep clean, not just basic filter cleaning. The job should include: * Disassembling the dryer as needed * Thoroughly cleaning the internal condenser/heat exchanger, fan, air ducts, lint buildup and drainage system * Reassembling and testing the dryer Important: The dryer is stacked on top of my washing machine using a stacking kit. It may need to be safely lifted down for cleaning and securely reinstalled afterwards. Location: Box Hill North, VIC 3129. Please only offer if you have experience working on heat pump dryers, preferably AEG or Electrolux. Please provide your best all-inclusive quote, including labour, cleaning, removal from the stacked position and reinstallation. I’m happy to compare offers. Please let me know your experience with similar jobs and whether you can complete the work onsite. Thanks!
