Looking for an experienced cabinet maker / laundry renovator to help update our small existing laundry. We’re looking to keep the existing layout largely intact but improve the cabinetry and make better use of the limited space. Scope of work: • Remove/modify existing cabinetry as required • Reconfigure the laundry so front-load washing machine + new dryer sit side-by-side under the existing benchtop • Retain the existing timber benchtop and round stainless-steel sink • Replace/extend the white overhead cabinetry across the wall, similar to the reference design • White flat-panel cabinetry with black handles • Create an open cat-litter nook directly underneath the sink – no cabinet door • Add 2–3 small floating shelves beside the window • Install and finish cabinetry The room is quite narrow, so the design needs to work within the existing footprint rather than increasing the depth/width of the cabinetry. I have a photo of the concept showing the look and layout we’re aiming for. Ideally looking for someone who can come out, measure the space, confirm what is achievable, supply/build the cabinetry and complete installation.

Install Hills Hoist 7 rotary clothesline Looking for someone to install a new Hills Hoist 7 rotary clothesline in our backyard in Ashwood. Installation is into an existing grass lawn and will require: - Digging the required hole (approx. 600mm deep) - Supplying and pouring the required concrete - Installing the ground socket at the correct height and ensuring it is level - Assembling the clothesline - Keeping disturbance to the surrounding lawn reasonably tidy I will supply the new Hills Hoist 7 clothesline. Please supply all tools, equipment and concrete required for installation. Friday or weekend preferred — flexible with time.

Job is to take a Simpson dryer off the wall – unscrew the back and then rehang it up in sits on hooks so it is a lift up and get down then up this is not a repair job I know what has to be replaced I have the parts and it will take me 5 minutes to replace the belt I am just unable to lift 28kg up to head height and hhok the drier on the wall The dryer weighs 28kg and it sits above the washing machine about 1.5m off the ground I was able to do this about 10 years ago

Coffee Machine Service – Breville Barista Pro Looking for someone experienced with servicing/repairing Breville Barista Pro coffee machines. I purchased the machine in June 2023 and it is currently experiencing a couple of issues: * The steam wand appears to be leaking water / not functioning correctly. * Coffee has developed a very bitter taste, even after descaling and regular cleaning. Kindly be advised that initial assessment is offered for free by businesses so I would expect a free initial assessment and based on cost would decide if I want to go with the repair. Please let me know your experience with Breville Barista Pro machines and what your service would include.

Hi there, I'd love a laundry cabinet made up. Similar to the photo. Needs to fit space: 1200 wide x 550 deep x standard height. With a stone top sink. Delivery to Roselands or I can pick up. Dont need a tap hole in the stone. Washing machine space to be on left. Sink & cupboards on right. Please let me know if you have any questions. Ideally would like a wood grain look but happy for all white if that makes a differnce to the price.
