IMPORTANT: The workshop has open framing with no plaster installed, so wall and ceiling access is clear. The job will be completed in two stages. Stage 1: Rough-In Rough-in wiring for 1 hardwired interconnected photoelectric smoke alarm Rough-in wiring and positions for 6 dimmable LED downlights Rough-in wiring and mounting positions for 5 quad GPO power outlets Install 2 Cat6 data runs from the main house to nominated workshop locations Rough-in wiring for LED bias lighting and smart wall dimmer/control Install and prepare all switch, dimmer and control positions Supply all electrical cabling, Cat6 cabling, connectors and standard consumables Secure all wiring and leave the workshop ready for plastering Stage 2: Final Fit-Off Return after plastering to: Install and connect smoke alarm, 6 supplied downlights and 5 quad GPOs Install switches, dimmers and smart lighting controls Terminate and test both Cat6 data runs Complete LED bias lighting setup Test all circuits, lighting, outlets and data points Provide required electrical safety and compliance documentation We supply: 6 LED downlight fixtures Electrician to supply: All cabling, Cat6 cable, smoke alarm, quad GPOs, switches, dimmers, data outlets, connectors and standard consumables Requirements: Qualified and licensed electrician Experienced in residential or workshop rough-in and fit-off Registered to complete and terminate data cabling Own tools and testing equipment Work completed to Australian electrical and cabling standards Available to return for final fit-off Please quote for both stages, including labour and electrician-supplied materials.

Electrician needed – bedroom lighting, ceiling fan & new power point Looking for a qualified/licensed electrician to complete some electrical upgrades in our master bedroom. Work required: * Remove the existing combined ceiling light/fan and replace with a ceiling fan only * Install 4 x ceiling downlights in the bedroom * Install a dimmer switch for the downlights * Install 2 x wall-mounted reading lights, one on each side of the bed * Install 1 x new power point/socket in the walk-in robe * Make good/safely disconnect any wiring associated with the existing light/fan as required * Advice on the best positioning of the downlights/readers would be appreciated We can purchase the fan, downlights and reading lights ourselves, or happy to discuss supply if preferred. Please quote for labour and any required electrical materials, and let me know if you need photos before quoting. Must be a licensed electrician and provide the appropriate electrical safety/compliance documentation on completion.
