I already have the new water pump/Thermostat. so this is a labor-only request (plus coolant if you can provide it). Hello, We are looking for a licensed NSW Electrician to attend our retail store, in Rouse Hill Town Centre, to replace five faulty track light fittings. The Issue: Five of our ceiling-mounted track spotlights have stopped working, which is affecting the lighting on our sales floor. As these are integrated LED units, the entire fitting needs to be replaced. The Job: The task is to supply and install new, like-for-like replacements for the five faulty lights. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fittings on the high ceiling track (a suitable ladder is required). 2. Removing the five faulty light fittings. 3. Supplying and installing five new, identical replacement track lights. 4. Testing the new lights to confirm they are fully operational. ** Light Specification (see attached photo) Requirements: - MUST be a fully licensed and insured NSW Electrician. - You must have your own tools, including an A-frame ladder appropriate for a high commercial ceiling. - The contractor must be able to source and supply the five specific light fittings as per the code provided. Location & Timing: Location: Rouse Hill Town Centre, Cnr Windsor Road and White Hart Drive, ROUSE HILL NSW 2155. When: The job can be completed at your earliest convenience.
