Require the tiling of a bathroom floor and walls up to around 2.4m (approx 35m2 total) and tiling of a small front porch and rear alfresco area incl 100mm tile skirting (approx 17m2 total). Waterproofing and preparation by others. Include screed in price to allow for correct falls. Allow to install an in-tile strip drain (drain supplied by me) to bathroom running width of shower. Allow grout, and silicone. Tiling supplied by me. Two tile types, one indoor for wet area (600x600 on floor, 600x300 on wall), one high grip for outdoor (600x300) Job in Seven Hills.
