I'm looking for timber finishing work on the x2 centre exposed trusses/members within a large feature skylight shaft. The skylight and shaft framing are already in place however the existing trusses are visually dirty, have exposed nail plates, rough looking and overall too thin. I'd like the x2 centre trusses/members packed out or dressed up to be made more thick to create a clean exposed timber feature rather than sheeting them. No structural changes are required to the existing trusses. The shaft itself will be sheeted separately by a gyprocker e.g. blue timber frame.

Looking for a licensed electrician to professionally mount a 65" Samsung The Frame Pro TV (Model: LS03HW 4K) and completely conceal all cabling behind the wall for a seamless, 100% wireless finish. there is an existing cutout upper wall with an antenna cable and an extension lead hanging out. there is also a lower cable plate where a black cable currently runs down the outside of the wall. I want all of this completely cleaned up so that absolutely no cables are visible on the outside of the wall. Scope of Work: Electrical: Install a new, recessed power outlet directly behind where the TV will sit (drawing power from the existing internal wiring/lower outlet). Complete Cable Concealment: Feed the Samsung One Connect cable and the antenna cable through the wall cavity. Remove the exposed black cable seen running down the outside of the wall and run it (or a suitable replacement) completely inside the wall cavity. Mounting: Securely mount the 65" Samsung The Frame TV using the manufacturer's flush wall mount. The wall is standard drywall/plasterboard (please bring a stud finder to ensure it is securely anchored to timber studs). Setup: Assist with hanging the TV onto the bracket and ensuring it sits completely level and flush against the wall.

Hi, I am planning to install a small kitchen setup in my garage and would like a site inspection and quotation so I can assess feasibility and plan my budget. Proposed Scope of Work 1. Construct a single kitchen platform/bench with cabinetry. 2. Install a gas cooktop/stove. 3. Install a suitable rangehood/exhaust system. 4. Install a sink with hot and cold water connections. 5. Provide plumbing and drainage connections for a dishwasher. 6. Assess any electrical, plumbing, gas, ventilation, and drainage requirements. I would like you to: 1. Inspect the garage and advise whether the proposed installation is feasible. 2. Identify any approvals or compliance requirements that may apply. 3. Provide a detailed quote, including: - Cabinetry/bench work - Plumbing works - Gas fitting works - Electrical works - Ventilation/rangehood installation - Any other required modifications Provide an estimated project timeline. Hi, I need an experienced and well-equipped handyman to help secure furniture and mount a TV bracket in my living room. I am happy to assist with heavy lifting (e.g., lifting the TV onto the bracket). Scope of Work: 1 . Cabinet Securing & Aligning: Connect and align the fully pre-assembled TV cabinet units and tall cabinet (as shown in the attached photos), then securely fix them to the wall to prevent toppling. 2 . TV Wall Mount: Mount a pre-purchased TV wall bracket into the wall cavity (inside the cabinet setup) and hang the TV. Wall Specification (Crucial): The wall is Gyprock with light gauge steel studs (NOT timber studs, NOT concrete). You must have experience working with steel studs. Requirements for the Handyman: Please bring appropriate heavy-duty fixings for steel studs (e.g., #10/#12 Tek screws for studs, and heavy-duty Toggle Bolts / SnapToggles for hollow Gyprock sections). Must use a digital stud finder that can scan for live electrical wires and water pipes before drilling. Must bring a spirit level / laser level to ensure everything is perfectly straight. Public Liability Insurance is highly preferred. Please reply with what fixings you plan to bring and your availability. Thank you! Sylvia
