Description: Looking for a licensed NSW electrician to install 2 x ceiling fans in my top-floor Hornsby apartment living room. • Fixtures: I have already purchased the fans (Eglo Seacliff 52" DC flush-mount/hugger models with remotes). • Scope: Replacing two existing pendant lights. Because they are remote-controlled, no new wall switches need to be wired. • Access & Structure: Easy, direct manhole access into a clean roof cavity right above the living room. The ceiling is plasterboard, so you will need to supply and install standard timber blocking/noggins between the joists to support the fan brackets. • Note: Please provide your NSW Electrical Licence number when making an offer. Photos of the lights and roof cavity are attached.
