Need an experienced carpenter or cabinet maker to trim down the width of an IKEA TONSTAD wardrobe door (solid particleboard core with acrylic paint (white)). Requires a precise rip cut using a track saw to prevent chipping, edge banding the raw cut edge, and boring out 4 new 35mm concealed hinge cup holes using a plunge jig. Depending on location I can drop off to your workshop or have it done on-site if possible. The existing door is white, 500mm wide, needs to be halved to 250mm wide. It’s 2290mm tall btw. The photo shows one door in place, the second needs to be trimmed to fit the left side of the wardrobe. This is not a complicated job for a cabinet maker or carpenter, but may become a nightmare for someone who has never done it. If you have the tools and skills, please make me an offer. Issue: The bore is failing to pump or discharge any water, despite several components being checked and verified as functional. Current Diagnostics & Completed Checks: • Pump Status: The pump is older but remains fully operational. It was completely removed from the bore and successfully bench-tested (runs and pumps water out of the bore). • Water Table Level: There is sufficient water in the casing. The static water level sits approximately 1 metre below ground level. • Plumbing & Seals: The pipe connecting to the ground has been thoroughly checked and resealed to rule out external air leaks, but the system still fails to discharge water

LICENSED PLUMBER ONLY - NO HANDYMEN Please include your Victorian plumbing licence/registration number in your offer. Offers without it will not be considered. JOB SUMMARY - Connect 2 x single basins (supplied by me): hot water, cold water and waste. - Location: Point Cook VIC. Timing: flexible. - Photo 1: preferred position - on the internal wall below the framed picture, next to the toilet door. - Photo 2: alternative position - on the hallway wall just around the corner. - An existing toilet basin sits directly on the other side of this wall. PROPOSED CONNECTION - Waste: tie into the existing toilet basin waste on the other side of the wall. - Hot/cold: tee off the existing supply lines at that basin, through the wall. KNOWN CONSTRAINT The toilet's internal sliding door slides into this same wall, so space inside the wall cavity is limited. I see two options: - Option A: run small-bore pipework concealed in the wall, in the clear space beside the door pocket. - Option B: surface-run the pipework neatly along the hallway side of the wall. BEFORE WE DISCUSS PRICE - PLEASE CONFIRM IN YOUR OFFER 1. That this plan is technically feasible and compliant with AS/NZS 3500 (waste sizing, fall, venting). 2. Whether you would use Option A or Option B, and which basin position. 3. Your licence/registration number. I am not sure my plan is workable, so I will only agree on a price after you confirm feasibility. SCOPE - I supply: the 2 basins. - Plumber supplies: pipework, traps, isolation valves, fittings and sealing. - Leak test on completion, and a compliance certificate where required. Happy to send more photos or measurements on request.

I am looking for an experienced landscaper or drainage contractor to install an agricultural (AGI) drainage system in my front & back yards. Scope of works: * Supply and install slotted AGI pipe (100 mm preferred) around the perimeter of the front & back lawns as shown in the attached photos. * The aim is to collect excess groundwater as the lawn becomes heavily waterlogged after rain. * The AGI pipe should be wrapped in geotextile fabric and surrounded with drainage gravel to prevent clogging. * Create tunnels beneath the exposed aggregate concrete paths/driveway where required so the concrete does not need to be cut or removed. (Front Yard). For Backyard no concrete only under the grass tunnels and join to storm water. * Connect all AGI pipe runs into a solid PVC stormwater pipes. * Direct all collected water to the existing stormwater pit/drain located beside the driveway (shown in the second photo). * Reinstate garden beds, rocks and lawn neatly after installation. * Ensure the finished drainage allows the front & back lawns and plants to grow properly without water pooling. All material supplied & installed Requirements: * Experience installing AGI drainage systems. * Own all required equipment (including boring/tunnelling equipment for going under concrete (in front Yard)). * Please advise your proposed drainage layout before commencing. * Licensed and insured preferred. * Please provide photos of similar drainage work you have completed. I have attached photos showing the intended drainage path marked in RED lines for front and Back lawns.
