Looking for someone to repair my bathroom floor. The current floor was a dodgy old job, a big hole just opened up (see photo), and it looks like the whole floor might need to be replaced. The old floor is particle board on top of the joists which has been covered with 30mm of concrete, then tiles, then vinyl. I’m not after anything fancy — just want it safe, level, and decent-looking again. The whole bathroom will need to be redone in a couple of years so just something to get us through till then. Looking for someone who can get it done soon and won’t overcomplicate it.

Cabinet maker required to modify kitchen cabinets to fit a new dishwasher, oven and create drawers. Space (1) is to become dishwasher space. Space (2) is to become oven space Space (3) is to become drawer space 1. Drawers to be removed to install a 45cm built under dishwasher. The width of the space is 55cm. Ideally I would like a pull out storage next to it (yellow panel in picture). Though if not feasible due to size ok. Assuming the current floor of the cabinet would need to be removed and alteration required to the kick board. 2. Modify space 2 to be ready for oven installation. 3. Space 3 is currently an empty cabinet. Could you modify the current drawers to fit here or create new drawers to fit this space. Please advise if you have insurance. Not required, though will be considered when choosing the contractor.
