After a recent dishwasher water leak, part of our laminate flooring (bamboo) has lifted and needs professional repair. This is a repair job only — no floorboard replacement is required and there are no spare laminate panels available. The goal is to realign and refit the existing boards as neatly as possible. Scope of Work: • Carefully lift or adjust the affected laminate boards to realign them back into position without damaging adjoining boards. • If required, remove skirting or trims to gain proper access (Up to 10 floor panels from the edge to the lifted floor panel), then refit once the floorboards are secured. • Ensure all boards are properly locked into place and sit flush with the rest of the flooring. • Confirm there are no gaps, lifting edges, or uneven surfaces after repair. • Clean the area thoroughly and leave the flooring in a safe, finished condition. Requirements: • Tasker must bring all necessary tools and materials for the job (adhesive, spacers, etc.). • Offer price should include all labour, materials, and minor fixings. • Must have prior experience repairing laminate floors affected by water without replacing panels. • Attention to detail and care not to damage existing flooring are essential. Additional Details: • Photos attached • Up to 10 floor panels from the edge to the lifted floor panel • This is not a replacement job — the existing floorboards must be reused. • The affected area is near the dishwasher in the kitchen.

I am slowly renovating my bathroom one step at a time due to finances. I now need the floor /shower floor retiled. Don’t want the old tiles pulled out as it’s too costly. Just new tiles put on top. Also looking at self adhesive ones that would mainly need some grouting and sealing. It’s not my property but I’m allowed to do the bathroom if I pay for it.
