Hi, I’m looking for a licensed electrician to update lighting and switches in my townhouse. Current setup: Living and dining lights are on one circuit and controlled by a single switch near the entrance (X- next to laundry) There are existing switches for kitchen and stairs near the staircase Scope of work: Separate living and dining lights into two independent switches Add/relocate switches to the existing switch location near the stairs Combine into a multi-gang switch plate if possible (preferred), or add separate switches if more practical Replace existing living room light fitting with a new modern flush ceiling light Install a linear pendant/chandelier in the dining area (using existing point if suitable, or advise best approach) Details: Townhouse with ceiling access from second floor Lights are currently surface-mounted (oyster style) Prefer clean installation with no visible conduit if possible Minimise wall damage where possible
