Looking for a licensed and insured electrician. Scope of works: 1. Split the heat and fan switches in a combined fanlight switch and move all three switches to inside the bathroom on the same plasterboard wall. Picture attached showing the location inside and outside bathroom. 2. Replace the heat/fan/light switch outside the bathroom wall from task 1 with 2-gang power point. Photo attached explaining the setup. 3. Install contactor/timer to the hot water system so that it can turn on off-peak and during the day when solar is on. Pictures of hot water system and sub-board inside the garage attached. The main meter is in the common property. Provide itemised quote.

Hi there, I'm looking for a qualified and licensed electrician to provide quotes for two separate jobs at our rental property in Hebersham. What I need from you: - You must be a licensed and insured electrician. - Please provide a detailed quote that separates the cost for Job 1 and Job 2. - For each job, please provide a clear breakdown of costs, separating the price of materials (e.g., the new rangehood/bathroom unit) from the cost of installation/labour.
