Must hold current Public Liability insurance. Certificate of currency required before commencement. Removal of kitchen cabinets, bench tops etc (everything) as pictured. Removal of kitchen splash back tiles (currently has stick on faux tiles on top of real tiles). Removal of wardrobe (whole area) - skip bin will be provided. Wardrobe is approx 2.4m high and 3m wide. Solid wood frame currently. Total removal required. Property was built in the 1980s - Home may contain older materials – asbestos testing not included and not expected, but work to stop and notify if suspected.

Hello, I am seeking a quote to demolish an enclosed veranda. The veranda is situated at the back of the property and will be fully demolition. Some plumbing is attached to the gutter and that part of the gutter will need replacing, there is an Aircon that will need to be replicated to the adjacent bedroom. It's the sitting room on the map.
