I need help troubleshooting a Facebook Messenger verification issue on my iPhone. Messenger has restricted my ability to send messages and is asking me to verify my identity using a video selfie. However, when I start the verification process, it continuously displays "Position your face" and never progresses to the next step. I have already: * Confirmed camera permissions are enabled. * Deleted and reinstalled Messenger. * Tried different lighting conditions and locations. * Tried different distances and positions in front of the camera. The camera feed is working, but the verification process does not recognise my face or move to the next step. Looking for someone with experience troubleshooting Facebook, Messenger, iPhone or account verification issues who may be able to identify the cause or suggest a solution.

Need Help Organising My Files & Setting Up Claude (Beginner-Friendly) I have accumulated a large number of files over the years. They are currently stored across multiple folders in OneDrive, with inconsistent file names and no clear organisational structure. I'm looking for someone who is experienced with Claude (and ideally knowledge management) to teach me how to create a simple, efficient document management system. What I need help with Show me how to use Claude to organise, search and manage my documents. Demonstrate how to use Claude to rename files consistently and sort them into an organised folder structure. Help me develop a workflow where I primarily work from OneDrive, rather than having files scattered across different locations. I use Outlook for email and would like advice on the easiest way to save important emails into OneDrive so that Claude can work with those files as well. I'm open to eventually migrating to a "second brain" system (such as Obsidian or similar), but I'd like to first learn how to do everything using OneDrive before considering a migration. About me I'm completely new to Claude and AI workflows. I'm not a technical person and have no coding experience. I learn best by watching someone demonstrate the process. What I'm looking for Someone who can work with me via video call, share their screen, and, if appropriate, remotely access my PC to demonstrate the process. Someone who can explain things clearly, patiently, and in a beginner-friendly way. Ideally, someone who can help me build a workflow that I can continue using independently after our sessions. The goal isn't simply to organise my files once—it's to build a sustainable system that I can confidently maintain myself using Claude in the future.
