I clicked on a link on Facebook yesterday and a warning opened that I had been infiltrated by Trojan virus. I called them. They were extremely convincing and I let them access my computer remotely using ultraviewer. They used command prompt to look through my computer and told me I had a Trojan I've concluded they attempted to scam me yesterday by impersonating Microsoft Australia. I've cancelled my credit and debit cards but I suspect they may have downloaded something on my computer but more worryingly my network.

You may complete one or both. Task 1 – Secure AI Support: Assist to be able to completing uploading folders / files and using a secure AI platform. Must advise on tools that avoid cloud storage and protect sensitive data (e.g. Claude, Perplexity, Chat Gpt). No freezing or loss during upload.
