I need 2 sets of French doors (4 doors in total) fit into rebated jams. The jams are currently in 5.4 m lengths. You will have to measure the doors and cut the jams to suit the doors (inc window above door) the jams might need to be ripped down to a suitable size so when the architrave is fit to the jams it touches the walls Set your margins around both doors to allow for hinges and the gap between the middle of the French doors, so they can close with out rubbing. Install all furniture on door inc locks and handles. The jams also need to include a transom window above the door. You need to rebate the transom with an exterior cill that includes a fall for exterior rain water if possible. This is a heritage built building. You will need to match existing doors and heights of windows, use a laser to get heights from existing windows on jam to transfer to new jams The jams might need to be packed out from existing brick work to suit the opening of the building. There is also a storm moulding to be fit around the door jam after the jams are installed I have posted one photo for reference.

Looking for someone experienced to install an integrated Sub-Zero fridge into an existing kitchen. The model is ICBIT36CIIDRH. Scope of works: • Level and secure the unit so doors open/close smoothly • Connect to power and water • Fit and adjust integrated door panels to line up neatly with surrounding cabinetry • Check door gaps, seals and operation, and make final adjustments

I need a qualified carpenter or someone experienced with subfloor structural repairs to fix a problem under my house. One of the floor joists appears to be sinking or giving way when someone walks on the floor above it. The floor becomes noticeably bouncy in that area. The subfloor is fully accessible from underneath the house. From what I can see (photo attached), the joist has dropped slightly and may need to be re-supported, re-packed, or strengthened. It may require installing new supports, packing, or bracing to level and stabilise the floor. What I need: • Inspection of the subfloor and the affected joist • Identify why the joist is sinking (old timber, missing support, soil movement, etc.) • Supply and install required supports (e.g., new bearer, prop, jack post, packing, brackets, etc.) • Make the floor above firm and safe again Access: • access from underneath the house • See attached photo for reference
