Looking for a skilled carpenter to build a custom shop counter and overhead frame for my store. We are looking for a clean, modern aesthetic similar to the attached photos, but with a straight L-shape (no curved corners). Key Deliverables: • L-Shaped Counter: Build a straight-edged timber counter. The front should be clad in vertical timber slats (v-joint or individual slats) and finished with a light timber benchtop. • Recessed Lighting Lip: The benchtop should overhang slightly to allow for a hidden LED strip under the counter edge. • Overhead "House" Frame: A minimalist white timber frame for the "Order Ahead & Pickup" station. • Back-of-House Storage: Open shelving behind the counter for equipment and staff use. Specifications: • Structure: Straight L-shape (approx. [400cm] x [100 cm]). • Finish: White-painted frame and green-washed or painted vertical slats for the base. • Durability: The benchtop must be sealed for commercial use (water/stain resistant). Requirements: Please share photos of your previous carpentry or shop-fitting work. Must have your own tools and be able to provide a materials list.

I have a bench seat that is missing one side of the leg support, it requires someone to source pieces of wood and create the other missing leg suupport. Images attached show one bench set that is not broken and the other imaes show the section that needs to be rebuilt, note there is the need to work with dovetail join per the image sent and a brace support to be added to match the other side.

I have an old bookcase in excellent condition that lost its shelves during a move. I need 4 replacement shelves cut and edge banded to match the existing unit. Specifications: 4 pieces of 18mm thick melamine chipboard 762mm long (Please allow 1-2mm clearance each side so shelves slide freely) × 286mm wide ABS edge banding on the front long edge to match existing color. Important: The bookcase has never been in direct sunlight so the original color is well preserved. I need a close color match to the existing unit. The bookcase is located in Matraville and you are welcome to view it in person before quoting to ensure an accurate measure and color match. It's a warm Australian timber tone, likely Blackbutt or Jarrah melamine. Please only quote if you: Have access to a proper hot edge banding machine Have experience with melamine panel work Can source or match 18mm melamine board in its respective timber tone Happy to send more photos on request. Small straightforward job for the right person. Open to reasonable quotes from qualified Tradespeople.

Our agency in Surry Hills needs a set of small shelves to display marketing material. We have a reference image of the style we like, but the shelves will need to be built as we don’t currently have them. Rough specifications: Designed to accommodate A5 and A4 cards, with some spacing between each shelf Approximate shelf dimensions: 100mm x 100mm Width 3 m across Around 6-8 shelves in total White finish Floating shelves fixed directly onto a masonry wall Please let me know if you need any further details, and feel free to provide an indicative quote.We require some shelving for promotional material in our office. The shelves need will be narrow in depth to fill a wall with around 6 or 7 rows some ideas in the pics below. The finish needs to be high-end. We are looking to have a walnut kitchen bench with a stainless steel top built for our apartment. The base can be any wood you recommend. We would love the aesthetic to match out current kitchen, image attached. We stained the current kitchen ourselves and still have leftover stain so can use any wood really. The draws on the top would ideally slide in and out flush Below the draws, there would be three shelves, with a sliding door covering them. We have attached an AI generated render of what it could look like. This is for inspiration only, to give a feel of what it could be like. The 3D mock up is much more accurate.
