We’re a Sydney-based startup preparing to launch a competition platform. Members will sign up, access challenges, and view results via their personal dashboard (admin will see all results in the backend). The platform must be capable of supporting many users logged in and playing at once. What We Need: At this stage, we’re making enquiries only to connect with the right developer (or small team) for a full end-to-end MVP build. We’re looking for someone who can handle everything in-house, not just one part of the process. The build will include (but not limited to): UX/UI Design → sleek, modern, mobile-first experience with premium look and feel Front-End Development → landing page, user sign-up/login, member dashboard, results display Back-End Development → members management, challenge delivery system, secure data handling Admin Portal → tools to upload/manage challenges and review/export results Hosting Setup → recommend and implement best-fit hosting (Supabase preferred for cost efficiency; open to others if justified but nothing expensive to start) Performance/Scaling → must support high concurrency (large volumes of members online at the same time) without downtime Requirements: Open to meeting if in Sydney for planning and discussions. Job Title: Build Simple Stud Management App (Horse Breeding) Description: I’m looking for someone to help me turn my horse stud management system into a simple mobile app (iPhone & Android). I currently track things like: • Mare details (name, age, stallion served by, etc.) • Service dates • Scan reminders (14, 30, 45 days) • Foaling due dates • General notes (vet visits, worming, weaning dates, etc.) At the moment I use spreadsheets, but I’d love an easy-to-use app that: • Lets me add/edit mares quickly • Automatically calculates due dates & scan reminders from a service date • Has a calendar view with reminders/notifications • Works offline (important for rural areas with no reception) • Simple, clean design — doesn’t need to be fancy Budget & Scope: • Happy to start with a basic version/MVP (minimal viable product) and build on it later. • Please include examples of similar apps you’ve built. • Ideally, I’d like something I can use myself but with the option to expand in the future. Thankyou, I may look into this marketing this app as well. I have never looked into something like this and unsure of costs, so have only put $100 to put a number in.
