Apologies to those who responded, I had to head overseas for work and missed the expiry of my original post. We have a B2B B2C SAAS App project that is in demand, and unfortunately our offshore develops seem to have had a change of team, and have gotten very dysfunctional with completing our project. I've got a budget of $20,000AUD to complete it (or start to finish based on what you can work with to date) - and I'd like to discuss the potential of either consulting to guide this through to finish, project management, or taking it over completely. Once it is done however, I will be moving it to a local team for ongoing support, and due to the nature of our contracts, it may scale to commercially offer a CTO role in the short-medium term future.
