Looking for an experienced installer or handyman to assemble a large timber children’s playground / swing set at a rental property. Important: ⚠️ No concrete footings allowed — this is a rental. Set must be installed using manufacturer-approved ground anchors or auger anchors only. Playset details: • Timber swing set with: • 2 swings • Slide • Climbing ladder • Elevated platform with roof • Approx footprint (including safety zone): 7.1 m x 6.7 m • Max height: ~2.3 m • All parts supplied, unopened in boxes • Installation location: level grass lawn Scope of work: • Full assembly of playset per manufacturer instructions • Leveling and squaring of structure • Secure anchoring into soil only (no concrete, no digging footings) • Final safety check (swings aligned, bolts tightened, slide secure) Site conditions: • Backyard lawn, level • Good access • No concrete, no permanent ground modification Requirements: • Experience assembling outdoor play equipment • Own tools • Comfortable anchoring playsets without concrete • Please confirm you understand this is a rental property
