Replace existing couch with new couch from Ikea. Existing couch is 2 years old with a broken leg. Guests say it is uncomfortable. The existing couch is fine and you can do whatever you want with it (potentially sell it!). The replacement couch would need to be picked up from Ikea (about 5 mins down the road-We will arrange click and collect). It would need to be unboxed with some minor assembly required. Boxes must be taken after departure. Pics of new couch installed required before payment.
