Main requirement is to remove one end which is held together by the plastic tabs that make these things strong. Then complete the assembly, which is apparently only a 20 minute job. I put the second end on in error as I should have added the floor piece first. There are Youtube instructions on disassembly, but I'm concerned I'll break it. Just need someone more confident than me!
Fabien was prompt, courteous, and efficient. Clearly very experienced in all assembly work. Would definitely recommend.
